A four-lane Highway 30 expressway connects North Bend to Columbus to the west and Fremont and Omaha to the east. You can now drive from North Bend to 90th and Dodge streets in Omaha in 45 minutes on a four-lane expressway without encountering a stop light. Omaha and Lincoln have commercial airports that will connect you to anywhere in the world.
In three and a half hours you can be down the road in Kansas City for a Royals or Chiefs game, or hit the Plaza for shopping. Take the kids to Adventure Land in Des Moines or Worlds of Fun in Kansas City for a day of fun and rides. Zip over to the Colorado Rocky Mountains for a weekend ski adventure, or up to the South Dakota Black Hills for camping and Mount Rushmore.
